Benefit Management
Benefit Management gives you the flexibility to accommodate many different plan types and options for your employees. You’ll have the capability to create and customize plans, coverages, deduction benefit schedules, benefit groups, and sub plans. Improved functionality lets benefit specialists quickly mass add sub plans for each of the benefit groups in a single plan. The Open Enrollment process is fully integrated into our Payroll module, which means there’s no need for exports and imports from third-party benefit providers. A few key features of Benefit Management are:
- Override or create a specific range for employee’s FTE for those with multiple positions or assignments.
- Clone benefits at year end to roll previous codes and employee elections into new year.
- Retroactive adjustments let employees calculate balances and pay ahead.
Activity Accounting
Basketball, yearbook, theater, and school trips. When all these activities are managed in bulk, it can be difficult to identify inconsistencies, or even fraud. Activity Accounting provides a simple way to stay organized while delegating business operations (cutting checks, writing POs, reconciling bank statements, etc.) to the school level. Activity Accounting ensures activity is only posted to specific accounts which can be defined to indicate a location, such as high school or middle school. With these separate, defined accounts, you’re guaranteed to balance by funding and entity. Activity Accounting lets you:
- Keep accurate, secure records of finances for sports and clubs.
- Define account dimensions that indicate location.
- Maintain separate bank reconciliations for each location.
- Define separate summary accounts for activity accounts.
Assets
From acquisition to disposal (and everything in between), you can record, maintain, and report all of your fixed assets for each site according to GASB 34 standards. Easily generate asset information from purchase orders or invoices that have been previously entered into Accounts Payable.
