schoolAbility Employee Online Portal provides secure, platform-independent, on-demand access to employee’s human resources and payroll information to employees and supervisors.
Employees can view and update their Human Resources and Payroll information:
- My Contact information including address, phone, emails and more.
- My Position information for current and past positions.
- My Education and credentials.
- My Benefits including dependents.
- My Leave information for leave information including balances and usages.
- My Payroll for pay stubs and W2’s over multiple years.
Employees can explore multiple “what-if” withholding scenarios to see the impact on their net pay and, at their option, submit a new W4.
Supervisors have access to information on their subordinate employees and open vacancies based on Position Control records:
- Team Information provides supervisors with subordinate employee information including name, job description, location, work phone and email, with the option to drill down on demographics, assignments, education and leaves.
- Vacancy Information provides supervisors with information on status of open vacancies.
Human Resources Approvers
Human Resources Approvers have access to workflow alerts and ability to review pertinent documents electronically.
